I have nothing but positive things to say about ROSI Office Systems. I called them for a project and they were able to personally stop by my office, take measurements, design an excellent layout plan, and provide a quote all within 24 hours of my initial call. Installation was just as efficient and professional. The customer service from beginning to end was impeccable! Thank you John and ROSI for all that you do.
The company I work for just completed a new building and ROSI helped us with the office furniture. They were able to provide both 2D and 3D drawings to give us an idea as to how the furniture would look in place. They had the furniture set up quickly and we were able to move in very quickly as a result. Thanks very much to Jack and everyone at ROSI.
The company I work for has undergone remodeling work to accommodate our growth. ROSI, especially Jack, has helped us with office furniture and cubicles. They turned an old, grungy storage room into a nice, six person task room, designed, built, and installed custom cubicles to divide 21 offices. The cubicles are very high in quality and the glass top on the mounted walls looks nice; we have received several compliments on the design. ROSI has worked around our schedule, conference over the phone, emailed as many revisions as we needed, and met with us at our office. They really took a lot off of our plates with the help and work done on this remodel. Afterward, they even toured the office with us for a quality check. I cannot recommend Jack and his team more. We appreciate ROSI's professionalism and personal touch and will continue to use them time and again.
I had a small job and most vendors wouldn't give me the time of day. But Jack and John came out, walked my space and gave me the utmost professional service and attention throughout the process. They were fast, reliable and friendly. Thanks guys!
