Checkout the tall buildings currently taking shape in the Houston area.  The U.S. Commercial Real Estate Industry just handed Houston the title of ‘U.S. Leader in the real estate boom, and the Houston office construction boom is largely responsible. It stands to reason that when you have unprecedented job growth, companies need to expand and residential real estate must also keep up with the demand.
